With the machine technique the coating usually lasts 3–4 weeks without lifting. We recommend a refill every 3–4 weeks — your nails stay neat and the natural nail stays healthy.

It's a dry manicure: cuticles are carefully refined with e-file bits, without soaking, and the polish is applied very close to the skin. The result is a crisp line that grows out naturally and looks fresh for longer.

Hygiene comes first. Metal tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilised in a professional steriliser after every client, and files and buffers are single-use. The workstation is disinfected before every visit.

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the treatment or reschedule — we'll always find a solution together.

Yes. We remove it gently without harming the natural nail, then carry on with your new treatment. Just choose “Removal + shaping” or mention it when you book.
